TIM BARKER is a renowned international graphic artist with a BFA from California Institute of the Arts, and an MFA from Boston University, both in Graphic Design
Tim ran design studios in Taipei, Taiwan and Costa Mesa, California. He produced creative solutions for clients in the commercial and educational fields. His illustrations have been published in magazines such as Westways, Road & Track, Boating and Flying, just to name a few.
During his 40 years as a graphic designer and illustrator, Tim also developed his painting, which is his true love. Now after retiring from the design world, he is painting full time.
Tim has been deeply inspired by the California Missions and the art of the southwest. He created an unique painting style that integrates Christian themes and symbols to express his love of God.
Tim’s paintings are strong, colorful, and one of a kind. They are not only stimulating to the eyes, but fulfilling to the soul.
